Because the flight was delayed, we were unable to arrive at the hotel at the agreed time. The hostess kept waiting for us so that we didn't have to rush there. In addition, since it was my birthday this time, we went to Penghu to relax. The boss and the hostess were very considerate in preparing a great cake, which was really touching. ️

The boss and his wife were very nice and took great care of us. They also helped us arrange our itinerary and book ferry tickets. There were many cute cats in the store. When we finally left, we found out that our travel companion was a foreigner, so we gave her a souvenir to take back to eat. After we returned, the lady boss even sent a special message to wish our travel companion a happy birthday, which was very warm.

Certainly one of the best stays in recent years. The service was particularly outstanding. We received a lot of help when we arrived (we received links to ferries and flights via WhatsApp because booking via Klook didn't work). During our stay we felt like we were staying with family friends. During activities we were given (sometimes) cold tea in bottles and at the end we also received a (free) packed lunch and a pack of biscuits, which were typical of Penghu, as a souvenir. Everything was organized very well and we were always asked after the activities whether everything went well. We particularly enjoyed the trip to Qimei with snorkeling and a scooter tour. Even after we left, the accommodation contacted us again and asked if everything went well with our onward journey and thanked us for staying with them. We honestly felt that they wanted to make our stay as good as possible and remember Penghu fondly (which we definitely do!).
